In the District, Mayor-elect Vincent Gray isn't wasting time have his decisive victory in Tuesday's general election. Less than 24 hours after the polls closed, they announced his transition team and started to outline his priorities for the transition period.
Gray speaks with WAMU's Morning Edition host, Matt McCleskey, about the election, his transition and working with a more conservative Congress.
