
Vincent Gray, in his first press conference as mayor-elect, talked about two upcoming meetings: one with President Barack Obama--the two will have lunch in early December--and Gray says he will also reach out across the aisle to Republican House leaders, who now control the Congressional subcommittee that oversees the District.
