Discovery Employees Can Return, Police Continue To Investigate

In downtown Silver Spring, a section of road is cordoned off by yellow police tape outside the Discovery Communications building, site of yesterday's hostage ordeal. The building was evacuated and, police say they're still treating the building as a crime scene as they piece together a complete picture of the four hour standoff that ended when police shot and killed a gunman who took three hostages.
