A SWAT team in Montgomery County, Maryland is heading to the Discovery Building in Silver Spring after reports of an armed man -- possibly wearing an explosive device -- in the lobby.

Angela Cruz, a spokesperson for Montgomery County police, says police were called to the Discovery Building at 1 p.m. today. There were reports that an armed man was in the lobby and that he was wearing a vest, possibly with an explosive device. But police are emphasizing that this has not yet been confirmed.

They are still investigating and trying to evacuate the building and the area.
