Series...D.C. Area Students Succeed Against Tough Odds

This week, education reporter Kavitha Cardoza has been telling us about remarkable students she has met- students who seem destined to succeed- despite overwhelming odds. Today we hear about 18-year-old Josue Rosales, who has just graduated from South Lakes High School in Reston, Virginia.
