WASHINGTON (AP) M.I.A., Pavement, Ludacris and T.I. are just some of the acts booked to perform at Virgin Mobile's free D.C.-area concert in September.

Sir Richard Branson, founder of the Virgin Group, announced the lineup on Virgin Mobile Live's new Internet music channel Tuesday. The concert is scheduled for Sept. 25 at Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, Md.

Tickets can be obtained online or over the phone starting Saturday. Concert promoters say all 35,000 tickets to last year's show were snagged within 30 minutes. While most tickets are free, people can purchase premium tickets that include pavilion seating.

Virgin Mobile customers and people who have bought Virgin Mobile Freefest tickets in the past four years will be invited via text and e-mail to obtain tickets on Friday.
