LAUREL, Md. (AP) Police say they have issued two $500 citations and 233 warnings for failing to adhere to mandatory water restrictions in Prince George's and Montgomery counties. The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission has been aiming to cut water use by a third during repairs to an 8-foot water main in Potomac.
