The Senate returns from recess today. The tax extenders bill is high on the list of priorities. Also up there: financial regulatory overhaul. House and Senate versions of the bill are set to go to conference. One of the conferees is Senator Bob Corker. The Tennessee Republican has taken part in just about every side of the debate and explored the middle ground in between.
