The president and vice president traditionally speak each year at commencement exercises at one of the service academies. President Obama addressed graduating cadets at the U.S. Military Academy in West Point, New York on Saturday. Vice-President Biden delivered the commencement address at the University of Pennsylvania earlier this month, where his 28-year-old daughter, Ashley, picked up a master's degree in social work.
