(May 14-June 3) PEREZ HILTON SAVES THE UNIVERSE If you're more about TMZ than BBC, Laurel, Maryland's Landless Theatre Company may have your style of entertainment with the play Perez Hilton Saves The Universe - the show debuts at the DC Arts Center in Adams Morgan this Friday night. In this irreverent musical it's up to the blogerati's favorite gossip monger to save L.A. from pop-culture persecutors.

(May 15-July 3) IF I TOLD YOU ONE TIME... New York-based designer Chris Rucker presents his functional furniture in If I Told You One Time…, opening Saturday at Industry Gallery off Florida Avenue in Northeast DC. The craftsman's constructs of engineered wood are on display through July.
