D.C. Police Make Another Arrest In Drive-By Shooting

D.C. police have arrested a fifth man in a fatal drive-by shooting in Southeast Washington.

D.C. Police Chief Cathy Lanier says this is the final arrest in the related shootings of March 22nd and March 30th that killed a total of 5 people.

Jeffrey Best, 21, now faces four counts of first-degree murder and one count of felony murder. Police arrested him earlier today. Best and four others have been charged in the shootings.
