WASHINGTON (AP) D.C. Mayor Adrian M. Fenty is slated to deliver his "State of the District Address." Fenty will make his remarks at 10:30 a.m. today at the Deanwood Community Recreation Center, which plans to open in northeast Washington this summer.

WASHINGTON (AP) The city's Office of Campaign Finance has found D.C. Council Chairman Vincent Gray did not violate conflict-of-interest laws after a four-month investigation into the lawmaker. The office says there's no evidence to suggest that Gray exchanged votes for favors after he paid a company $10,000 for work done on his home last year.
