By David Schultz

There are nearly two dozen lawsuits filed against Metro by people involved in the June 22nd crash. It killed nine people and injured 76 more.

William Grandy, a lawyer who's representing Metro, says the parties have tentatively agreed to hold a trial in September of next year. Grandy says the victims have also sued several of the contractors that build and maintain Metro's infrastructure.

He says the discovery process could begin within the next two months.
