Republican Ken Cuccinelli said early today he will file a court challenge against what he and other conservatives decry as an unconstitutional overreach of federal authority.
LOUISA, Va. (AP) One of the two nuclear reactors at Dominion Virginia Power's North Anna power station has been shut down for a scheduled refueling. The Richmond utility says North Anna's Unit 2 was powered down over the weekend. It's likely to remain out of service for about a month, the typical time it takes to refuel and perform routine maintenance.
