In the real-life game of Monopoly, health insurance companies have a “Get Out of Antitrust Law Free” card.

The House is expected to vote today on a bill that would shake up the health insurance business by ending its long-standing exemption from federal antitrust laws. Late last night, Democrat Betsy Markey of Colorado made the case.
