CHANTILLY, Va. (AP) Officials at Dulles airport will show off their new, $1.5 billion AeroTrain system. The new underground train system will have 29 cars and an average wait time of less than two minutes. Officials say the AeroTrain will open to the traveling public tomorrow.

NORFOLK, Va. (AP) Passenger counts have fallen nearly 4 percent at Norfolk airport. Officials say the airport had 3.41 million passengers last year, down from 3.55 million in 2008. Other Virginia airports also saw drops. Passenger traffic at Newport News/Williamsburg fell nearly 2.9 percent. Richmond saw a 5 percent drop.

LINTON HALL, Va. (AP) The chairman of the Prince William County board of supervisors says school overcrowding has become a crisis in the Linton Hall area. Corey Stewart wants a moratorium on new housing in the area until more schools are built.

RICHMOND, Va. (AP) A mobile carrier is offering free cell phones and wireless service to low-income Virginians. Assurance Wireless, a new service of Virgin Mobile USA, is offering 200 minutes of free air time per month. The service will be available to more than 650,000 Virginia residents.
