FREDERICK, Md. (AP) The adoptive parents of a three-year-old Haitian girl say they expect to finally meet their daughter tomorrow when she and more than 100 other orphans are airlifted to Miami. Dave and Christie Hubner say they've been told by the orphanage operator that Ila will arrive in Miami tomorrow.

BALTIMORE (AP) An Anne Arundel County police lieutenant is facing a federal child pornography charge. According to court documents, 47-year-old James Cifala exchanged sexually explicit picture messages, a practice known as "sexting," with an underage girl.
