The family of the macabre poet announced it won't move Poe's remains away from Baltimore, where the writer is currently buried.
Boston, Philadelphia, Richmond, and even St. Petersburg, Russia, are among the cities that claim to be Poe's rightful hometown.
But Harry Lee Poe, a distant cousin of the writer, says his famous ancestor is staying put--for now. He says the family will take up the matter again in 2049, the bicentennial of Poe's death.
