The Baltimore Ravens take on the Indianapolis Colts tonight at 8:15. But Maryland Gov. Martin O'Malley is still savoring last week's win.
O'Malley placed a wager on the Raven's first round game. The win meant Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick had to send lobsters to Maryland. Tonight they'll be at Max's on Broadway, a pub in Baltimore. Max's will auction them off via a live lobster web cam to raise money for the Maryland Food Bank.
O'Malley says the crustaceans will serve as a "reminder of what the Ravens think of being called 'underdogs.'"
Meanwhile, O'Malley has upped the ante this week. If the Ravens lose, O'Malley will send Indiana's Governor Maryland Crab Cakes and Smith Island Cake. If the Ravens win, Daniels will send shrimp cocktail and Sugar Cream Pie.
The losing governor will fly the winning team's pennant on his vehicle next week.
