NORFOLK, Va. (AP) One of three Navy SEALs accused in the mistreatment of an Iraqi detainee is due in military court in Norfolk today. A defense attorney says prosecutors are asking for a continuance in the case involving Petty Officer 1st Class Julio Huertas of Blue island, Ill.

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (AP) The University of Virginia plans to announce its new president after a meeting this afternoon. The university's Board of Visitors is scheduled to elect the successor to President John Casteen.
