WASHINGTON (AP) A man accused of posing as a U.S. Secret Service agent and entering the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services is scheduled to appear in court today for a competency hearing. Forty-six-year-old Frederick Nickerson was arrested last week after authorities say he displayed a fake badge and demanded to meet HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius.

WASHINGTON (AP) A Defense Department review of the shooting rampage at Fort Hood, Texas, has found the doctors overseeing Maj. Nidal Hasan's medical training continued to move him through the ranks. The review shows he was moved despite their repeated concerns over his strident views on Islam and his inappropriate behavior.
