Fairfax School District Eliminates Hotline

The Public School system in Fairfax County, Virginia is no longer offering its telephone hot line service. The hotline, which updated residents with emergency information in several languages, was disconnected due to budget issues in the county. The system was shut down the first of this year. Instead, people are being asked to check the school system's website for information.
