D.C.'s Director Of Youth Services Reflects On Tenure

Since 2005, Vincent Schiraldi, the Director of D.C.'s Department of Youth Rehabilitation Services, has made many changes to the way the District handles youth offenders, some controversial. At the end of this month Schiraldi is moving to New York City to take a post in Mayor Michael Bloomberg's administration.

He talks with host Matt McCleskey about his work in D.C. and a look ahead at the city's juvenile services.
