Runways are clear at all three airports in the Washington region, but there are still a lot of frustrated travelers.

At Reagan National Airport, some people missed their flights while they waited in unusually long lines to check luggage. The lines to rebook flights are even longer.

Metro has opened all 86 of its rail stations after two days of limited service. Metro still has several bus routes out of service in Virginia and D.C. Meanwhile, VRE and MARC trains are running on limited service. Only MARC trains identified with the letter "S" will operate tonight and tomorrow.

D.C. and Montgomery County, Md., have lifted snow emergency restrictions. That means it is no longer illegal to park on snow emergency routes in those areas.
