WASHINGTON (AP) D.C. police say a six-year member of the department has been arrested in the slaying of a Maryland man earlier this month. Forty-year-old Officer Reginald Jones faces a charge of felony murder. He was arrested yesterday when he arrived at his job with the narcotics and special investigations division.

WASHINGTON (AP) Three streetcars for Washington have arrived in the area. The city has not had that mode of transportation since 1962.
