District Prepares For Saturday Snowfall

Snow plows will be out in full force in the District tomorrow when snow starts to fall. Before those plows hit the streets, they need a makeover of sorts.

The same trucks that plow the snow and spread road salt are used to collect leaves in the city. Workers spent the day before the storm attaching the plows.
