ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) Maryland officials have scheduled an announcement today relating to the health and future of the Chesapeake Bay. Gov. O'Malley and the Department of Natural Resources secretary will join environmental advocates and researchers at the Annapolis Maritime Museum to make the announcement.
