RICHMOND, Va. (AP) Federal funding meant to stimulate the economy has helped Virginia agencies create or retain more than 5,900 jobs. Governor Tim Kaine says the funding has allowed Virginia to begin construction on infrastructure projects and keep the state's Medicaid plan funded.
