
WASHINGTON (AP) A Washington consultant has been indicted for allegedly conspiring to violate U.S. economic sanctions against Sudan. A federal indictment unsealed today says Robert Cabelly brokered business contracts and transactions benefiting Sudan without the approval of the U.S. government.
