


Governor Martin O'Malley wants more families in Maryland to sign up for the state's Medicaid program.
Add residents of Maryland to the NFL linebackers and defensive ends who can't avoid Washington Redskins tackle Chris Samuels. That's because Samuels will appear on posters and in public service announcements as part of Maryland's campaign to increase enrollment in the Medicaid program for families.
More than 100,000 residents are eligible for Maryland's program, but fewer than 50,000 have enrolled in it.
