GREENBELT, Md. (AP) Federal prosecutors say a Texas man has pleaded guilty in a plot that defrauded a Maryland hospital of $400,000. Thirty-year-old Gary Sean Clayton of Frisco, Texas, pleaded guilty today to conspiracy to commit wire fraud. He will be sentenced on December 29th.

INDIAN RIVER, Del. (AP) A former Navy destroyer is heading to a watery resting place off the coast of Delaware where it will become an artificial reef. Delaware natural resources officials say the state will soon take title to the decommissioned destroyer Arthur W. Radford and plan to sink the 563-foot ship next summer off the Indian River Inlet.
