It will go to the city's park and recreation department, and eventually to little league teams in the district. Lack of equipment has been a noticeable problem for city leagues in the past. The riders will evaluate the cleanliness of the buses and trains and keep track of their on-time performance. The transit agency says it will use the information to identify and correct problems.
