Step 1
Visit the Adobe Flash Player test page. Copy the Version Information.
Step 2
Visit IP Goat. Copy your IP Address and Browser information (browser information is displayed below the IP address, under "Advanced").
Step 3
Finally, visit the Streamguys Speed Test. Click "Start Test" then copy the test results.
Step 4
Collect the information you've copied and email it to: webmaster@wamu.org. Let us know if you're listening to a live stream or a web archive. We'll reply as soon as possible.
