Dupont Circle Village: Exercise for Older Adults

Dupont Circle Village, a non-profit neighborhood organization connecting residents to services and cultural activities, presents a seminar featuring Dr. Loretta DiPietro, Chair of the Department of Exercise Science at George Washington University. Dr. DiPietro will discuss the clinical and psychological benefits of exercise. She will also demonstrate specific exercises.

The program will be from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Monday, April 22 at St. Matthew's Cathedral, 1725 Rhode Island Avenue NW, in the North Conference Room.
