
Look Good...Feel Better is a hands-on workshop conducted by volunteer cosmetologists. It includes a 12-step skin care and makeup program and a demonstration on how to use wigs, turbans, scarves and hats to help a woman cope with the side effects of cancer treatment.
Patients must be undergoing chemotherapy or radiation treatment. This program is a partnership between the American Cancer Society, the Personal Care Products Council, and the National Cosmetology Association. RSVP required 3 weeks in advance.
