"Love, Politics & Scrabble: The Games People Play" attempts to bring fun and games to the Del Ray Artisans' gallery beginning with the opening reception on Friday, February 3, 2012, from 7 to 10 p.m. This juried exhibit invited artists to depict any of the numerous games people play throughout life. The show was open to all area artists and all media is represented. The exhibit continues until February 26.
The "Love, Politics, and Scrabble: The Games People Play" exhibit is at Del Ray Artisans gallery at the Nicholas A. Colasanto Center, 2704 Mount Vernon Avenue, Alexandria, Virginia 22301. Gallery hours are: Thursdays, noon-6 p.m.; Fridays, noon-9 p.m.; Saturdays, 10 a.m.-9 p.m.; and Sundays, noon-6 p.m. The gallery is free, open to the public and accessible to persons with physical disabilities.
