Maryland Comptroller: Averting Fiscal Cliff, NFL Playoffs Boost Economy

Maryland Comptroller Peter Franchot says the state is breathing a sigh of relief that the fiscal cliff was averted for the time being, and he also lightheartedly says the NFL playoffs may have similar effects for the area economy.
