Son Of Congressman Jim Moran Pleads Guilty To Assaulting Girlfriend

Patrick Moran, son of Democratic Virginia Rep. Jim Moran, pleaded guilty to assaulting his girlfriend after an incident outside a Columbia Heights bar earlier this month.
