A Year Later, Japan Slowly Recovers

It's the one-year anniversary of Japan's devastating earthquake and Tsunami and there's still plenty of work to be done. There's frustration about the government's response, concerns over nuclear reactors, and overall dampened spirits as those who evacuated have abandoned their towns all together.
