Carmakers' Volume Goes Up, Post Office's Goes Down

Chrysler will announce plans to add more than 1,000 jobs at an assembly plant in Toledo, Ohio, Wednesday. Meanwhile, the U.S. Postal Service says it could run out of money next year.
