Virginia Neighborhood Argues For Cell Tower

Neighborhood groups across the D.C. region have opposed cell phone towers as eyesores or potential health hazards. But one Fairfax County community is trying to persuade the county to allow one of the towers in their community in an attempt to cut down on dropped calls.
