Cats Rule At New Cage-Free Shelter

The Animal Welfare League has opened a newly renovated, cage-free shelter for cats in Olde Towne Gaithersburg, hoping to increase the rate of adoptions by creating a more relaxed environment for both the animals and potential adopters.
